Johan Hanson
Founder & CEO
Johan brings more than twenty years of experience from the tech and consulting industry. After many years in sales and consultant brokerage at Academic Work, he saw clear inefficiencies in the multibillion-euro consulting market — expensive solutions, unnecessary middlemen and low transparency.
In response, he founded the SaaS company Vakanta, which challenged how large organisations procure consultants. In 2024, Vakanta was recognised as the fifth fastest-growing company in Europe.
Johan is a creative entrepreneur with a deep passion for product — and an eye for every detail
Love Sahlin
CO-founder & Board
Love is an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience running his own companies in the consulting world. Today, he leads Techlove — a modern consulting firm specialising in product development and design for start-ups and scale-ups.
As Aourly’s co-founder, Love oversees operations and works across both product and organisational development.
Tommie Lagerroos
CO-founder & CTO
Tommie is a system developer and CTO with over twelve years of experience in the consulting industry, both as a freelancer and as an employee.
With an early passion for entrepreneurship, he has built broad experience in growing and developing companies.
Today, he leads product development with a strong focus on new technologies, is a dedicated advocate for PHP/Laravel, and is the architect behind Aourly’s technical foundation.
Amanda Edfeldt
CMO (Part-time)
Amanda är en strategisk kommunikatör med över tio års erfarenhet från PR, marknadsföring och e-handel med särskilt fokus på värderingsdriven kommunikation. Amanda har tidigare varit som marknadsansvarig på hudvårdsbolaget Emma S och strategisk rådgivare och konsult på den välrenommerade pr-byrån Westander.
